Below are resources (articles, presentations) that are under consideration for an "OPSMN Education Toolkit" for members and the public.

Possible uses of these resources:

1. Presentations to healthcare professionals to present patient self-management concepts
2. Skills-building training for healthcare professionals in supporting patient self-management
3. Presentation to “sell” PSM (and its integration into the continuum of care) to decision makers.
4. Skills-building training for volunteer leaders.

OPSMN members are invited to review these materials and make suggestions about which items to include in the toolkit.
