The Ontario Patient Self-Management Network announces.... First Time in Ontario! Master Training in Stanford’s Chronic Disease Self-Management Program. December 3,4,5,6,7 (Monday through Friday) 2007 in Toronto. Graduates of this training will be qualified to lead self-management workshops AND to train other workshop leaders.
